Had a lovely 3 night stay at Creevy Cottages. Perfect for a chilled weekend. Only a short drive from Rossnowlagh Beach and a short walk to the pier nearby for a swim. Great location for dogs and very secure back yard. The host was very friendly and easy to contact. Would stay again!

My wife and I spent a week at Creevey cottages in Donnegal with another family of four. The accommodations were excellent! The beds, bedding and mattresses were quite comfortable. The bathroom facilities were clean and more than adequate. The kitchen had all modern appliances. There was a very nice wood fireplace in the living room, which was perfect for the cool evenings. There’s also a spacious outdoor patio with a fireplace. The cottage is situated with a beautiful view of the Irish countryside. It is within walking distance from scenic hikes along the coastline and convenient to several local beaches. All of this at a very reasonable price!I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone planning a stay on the Donnegal coast.

Our host Tommy is a gentleman, my daughter has autism and sent me videos of the cottage for my daughter to get used to where we would be staying before we got here, we stayed in the Moor cottage which is absolutely beautiful with stunning scenery, the back yard is beautiful with fire pit and seats and benches, creevy pier just 2 mins down the road which is lovely especially for our dog, we had an amazing week in Tommy s cottage,(McGreevy cottages) it was well worth the money, we will definitely be back.Tommy was so helpful,friendly and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

Such a wonderful cottage - we just returned from a stay at Creevy Cottages and would recommend it highly! Clean and cosy place that feels like home. All the amenities one needs and the owners were very responsive and checked in throughout our 3 day stay. Location is great with restaurants and beaches all within a short drive. We would definitely book again on a return trip to Ireland.

Had a lovely break over Easter at the ‘Moor’ cottage, really cosy house, beautiful fireplace with stove which was lovely at night, everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and great to be able to walk to the Pier in 5 minutes. House was really clean, it had a Very secure patio area and lovely view of the sea from the elevated back garden, will definitely be back again

Hi. Recently stayed at the Rock in Creevy Cottages. Really enjoyed our stay. Very easy dealing with the owner to book, with clear instructions for finding, accessing and making the most of our stay. The cottage had everything we needed our stay. The location and surrounding area are very quiet for those who want to get away from it all, yet within easy reach of Rossnowlagh beach. Had the best weekend. Just back in Dublin and cannot say enough good things about Creevy Cottages. From start to finish it was a great experience from first booking with Tommy to getting updates before we arrived and then our treat box when we got there. The cottage was in the most beautiful location with easy driving to good places to eat and drink and the absolutely beautiful beach, and most importantly everywhere we went was very dog friendly. We would highly recommend the cottages and thank you Tommy for all your help we will back again.

We had such a lovely time at the cottage! All the wee touches of biscuits, milk and even logs for the stove were a much appreciated gesture. The recommendations for places to eat were fab too! My family just spent the most amazing 3 nights at Creevy Cottages. Location was incredible and only a few minutes in the car from Rossnowlagh beach. I had 3 surfing teens and the cottage was super spacious inside including an outside laundry room. The cottage has absolutely everything you need, was so comfortable and very clean. It was a pleasure to deal with Katie and Tommy...incredible hosts!! Highly recommend staying here. Thank you SO much...we will definitely be back.

We had a really great time in the Moor. We stayed for four nights and everything was perfect. Wine to welcome us as well as milk, teabags and biscuits. A short walk to the pier for swimming which was especially nice when the mobile sauna was there. The cottage was immaculate and very comfortable. Being able to bring our dog was a bonus. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic stay all round. Everything just perfect and well thought out for a break with a family. Visited with 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Plenty of room for all of us and fantastic WiFi for teenagers to enjoy!Beautiful warm cozy cottage with a lovely welcome touch from the hosts. Biscuits and wine! Thanks!Surrounding areas are lovely plenty to visit and see even on a rainy New Years Day.Tommy even called to see if we needed anything and gave recommendations for local eateries. Had a lovely time at The Rock before Easter. I had won the stay at the start of 2024 because I’d booked The Moor in 2023, so my name went into a draw!My second stay was every bit as good as my first stay - the hosts are absolutely outstanding! Location is fantastic - right beside Creevy Pier and a short drive to Tullan Strand and Rossknowlagh Beach; close to Ballyshannon, Bundoran, Belleek and Enniskillen.We had our Samoyed with us again and she enjoyed every bit of the holiday. We plan to book again for later in the year!Wholeheartedly recommend Creevy Cottages!

What a gorgeous cottage in an absolutely stunning landscape. The cottage itself has everything you could possibly want, or need, for a cosy stay. Fantastic views/walks on your doorstep and it felt like a real retreat. Katie and Tommy are excellent hosts and we would highly recommend a stay in one of these gorgeous cottages.

What a fabulous place this is to stay. As a party of 7 and 2 dogs we took both cottages. It’s been so perfect, the freedoms and security for the kids and dogs to go between the cottages has been perfect. The cottages are fabulous - beautifully decorated and well stocked. The utility spaces give an extra area for storage (not that it’s needed!). The walks from the door step are gorgeous and then shirts drives in either direction take you to spectacular beaches.

We had a great two nights stay at The Moor (the right cottage). The cottage is fully equipped, so you will find everything you need. Your host are super nice. If you have any questions you can always get in touch with them. Overall the booking, check in and check out were quite easy. We relly loved the location and the view from the cottage. So, we will definitely come back and would recommend everyone to stay there!

Cottage excellent and had everything you would need. Enclosed back patio.. handy if you are bringing a dog. Beds extremely comfortable. In peaceful location near Creevy Pier. Beach at pier was inaccessible and rocky but Rossnowlagh Beach is 5 minutes drive away. Only one shop nearby for groceries and only Smuggler's Creek open for lunch and dinner( which we can highly recommend).All in all highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice touches with some toiletries and groceries left for us on arrival. Beautiful spot - few minutes walk from Creevy Pier which is great for a swim and rock-pooling. Couple minutes drive from the beautiful Rossnowlagh beach. Can’t wait to come back!

Had a fantastic stay at Creevy Cottages in June 2023. Tommy is an amazing host and went out of his way to be helpful and contactable during our stay. The cottages themselves are spotlessly clean and really cosy. We especially loved lighting the chiminea and enjoying the long summer evenings outside.As well as being a perfect base for exploring the Donegal Bay area, the local area has so much to offer. We loved the stunning cliff walk that takes you the whole way to Rossnowlagh (if you're feeling adventurous). And the pier area itself, only a short walk from the cottages, is so tranquil.We'll definitely be back!

Honestly there's not one wee tiny thing we can fault....comfort, location, cleanliness, you name it the cottage has it and what made it extra special was that Katie and Tommy made everything so plain sailing from the very moment we made our initial enquiry to arriving home they've offered top class customer service!!! We would highly recommend 100% and definately will be back. Highly recommend Creevy cottages and we will definitely be back. It was such a beautiful peaceful location. The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed for a family holiday (including some wine which was much appreciated). It was so warm and cosy with the log burner lit in the evenings. The back garden was great for our dog and one year old as it was really safe and fully enclosed. My little boy enjoyed feeding and visiting the sheep and cows in the fields behind every morning. Location is perfect with the hotel and pier a few mins walk, a few nice hikes around and Rossnowlagh beach a few mins drive away. The Bakery Shack is close by for lovely fresh coffee and pastries. Castle Adventure farms was a great day out for the little ones and was only a couple of mins drive away. Katie and Tommy were great hosts and on hand to give is plenty of advice on how to get there and things to do locally. Thanks for a lovely tranquil very days! We hope to see you again soon!

We recently spent two wonderful nights in The Moor over Easter, it was just fabulous. We went with four adults & two dogs and cottage was more than suitable for all, the enclosed back yard was perfect for the dogs, the cottage was spotless and very well equipped, milk in the fridge, welcome pack of wine & chocolate biscuits and also enough firewood & coal to start the fire. The cottage is 3 min walk from the Creevy Pier Hotel which was perfect for dinner and drinks with spectacular views of the sea. We took a trip to Rossnawlagh beach for a dip in the sea and lunch in Smugglers then back for a cosy firelit evening in the cottage. Tommy our host was so helpful before during the after our stay, he even went to the bother of posting a fleece we had left behind.....We will definitely return!

I was lucky enough to spend the past 3 months filming in Ballyshannon and Rossnowlagh. I can’t quite believe how lucky I was to be able to call CreevyCottages home for my time up here. It was perfect- a few minutes walk to the sea, a few minutes drive to Rossnowlagh and Ballshannon, and tucked away in a peaceful community in this magical part of the country. The house is very comfortable and has everything you’d need (the log-burner is a particular highlight). Tommy was always a delight to speak with - the man runs a tight ship. Fingers crossed I’ll be back next year!

Just home after a very relaxing few days staying in Creevy Cottages. The cottage was top notch, immaculate and very well equipped with every thing you need for a few days away! Lovely welcome pack including a starter pack for the log burner. Location perfect for us and our dog with an enclosed garden. Self catering has been my default holiday accomodation for 20+ years and Creevy Cottages is among the best that I have experienced.This place excels on things that are important for me such as:- Top communication and welcome from the owner.- Spotless, super clean and nicely decorated. Well maintained inside and outside.- Comfortable seats & couches, cosy beds and bedroom curtains that do a good job in the morning :-)- Every utensil and amenity thought of and in good working order (broadband, tv, kitchen, heating, hot water, fire, bbq, recycling etc)On things to do in the area:- The pier is a short 3 min walk away and perfect for a swim. The Creevy Pier Hotel serves tasty food. There is a nice cliff walk starting at the hotel.- Rossnowlagh beach is a short 4km drive away. More food and coffee options here (we loved Smugglers Creek Inn for food and the views!)- Ballyshannon town is 5km away where there is a Spar if supplies are needed, coffee shops and more pub/restaurant options. Also check out the Rory Gallagher mural and statue if you are a music fan.- If looking for a short day trip, I recommend the stunning Mullaghmore head (30km away) for the views and that wild Atlantic feel!

We stayed in The Rock cottage at the weekend and had a great time. The cottages are beautiful, extremely clean and super cosy! We had our two young children with us and the cottage had everything we needed. The outside area is fantastic, with the large front lawn and the enclosed back garden area it felt very safe for children. Tommy was great to work with, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodation and we would highly recommend!

An utterly fantastic place ! Just returned from a week at Creevy Cottages after renting both at the same time and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Tommy is a brilliant host and the communication prior to arrival was top notch. The welcome pack was a super touch and much appreciated. As for the cottages themselves they are a true home from home ( and better !). Fully kitted out kitchen and utility room. Bedroom spacious and comfortable. Living space with TV , Wi-Fi and plenty of seating. Outside area relaxing with the BBQ and outdoor fire stove used every night ! The Creevy team have thought of everything.Surroundings are perfect for walks leading to the local hotel and pier. A short 5 min drive gives you plenty of options also from beaches to coffee shops to restaurants. A deserving 5 stars and we’re already planning our return!

We had a wonderful stay in Creevy Cottages in May 22. The cottages are in a beautiful and tranquil location a few minutes walk from Creevy Pier and a short drive to Rossnowlagh Beach. The cottages were exceptionally clean and very cosy - the perfect couples escape. Our hosts had thought of everything from logs for the fire and luxury pillow sleep spray for a restful nights sleep. We absolutely recommend this gem to recharge your batteries and we will definitely be back!

Another wonderful stay at Creevy Cottages. Enclosed backyard, which is perfect for small children and doggies. The grounds and house are so well kept and clean. The house itself is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the hosts make you feel so welcome. Short walk to Creevy pier and a short drive to Rossnowlagh beach. Favourite thing - sitting outside with a morning coffee listening to the sea and birds, watching the rabbits hopping in the garden - bliss!

I hired both cottages over New Year and I have to say that they were very comfortable and well equipped! They are very well situated, close to Ballyshannon and Rossnowlagh. I would definitely recommend staying here. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I cannot wait to return.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful traditional cottage in Creevy. So cosy and comfortable, the sea is right on the door step. Excellent communication from the hosts. Looking forward to booking again.

Absolutely loved everything about the house. The location is ideal for a relaxing weekend getaway. It being dog friendly is always a plus! The house itself was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Rooms were large & spacious & beds were very comfortable. The outdoor area was great although we did not get to make use of it due to the bad weather. We enjoyed it so much we have booked ourselves in again & would recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful 9 days in Creevy Cottages in September. The cottage is very comfortable and the location is really lovely. An early morning walk down to the pier and a coffee in Creey Pier Hotel is highly recommended. The Creevy crew (as they call themselves) are brilliant and made us feel very welcome. The little touches of fresh bread, butter and wine on our arrival made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful cottage in a fab location!Everything from our lovely host (who was more than helpful on places to eat/visit), to the little arrival treats & the beautiful location (we even had a morning dip in the sea only a 2 minute walk away!)We loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Creevy Cottages, Everything from the contact before arrival, info received and check out was stress free. The location and scenery are so perfect, so peaceful yet just a short drive to lively parts of Donegal. The cottage is so sweet and comfy, clean and well equipped. Book a trip to Creevy Cottages you won't be disappointed.

We had an amazing couple of days at Creevy Cottages. Everything was perfect and spotlessly clean. My partner is a chef so especially appreciated the herb garden and fully equipped kitchen. Even Honey the Jack Russell felt relaxed! We can't wait to book again. Thank you.

We stayed here a few months ago and absolutely loved the cottage and its vibes. As a welcome we were left some treats of wine and some chocolate and toiletries -shampoo, soap and body wash, but the lavender pillow spray was a lovely little touch! Very comfortable bed with puffy pillows and duvets... Handily, they had a travel cot and high chair for Baby, who also loved exploring around the cottage.There is a fantastic fireplace indoors and an outside chimney burner for fires and pure cosiness in the evenings. The kitchen has anything needed also, and a cute little outside herb garden!Minutes walk down to Creevy Pier and a handy location for exploring down and up more into Donegal.Any dealings with Tommy and family were professional, friendly and extremly helpful from the point of booking. We will be back again, as we loved it so much!

5 stars just aren't enough to give Creevy Cottages. We had such a fantastic yet peaceful time there. The hosts really thought this place out well. The cottages are very clean and comfortable truly home from home, we all slept like babies lol Everything you need is provided including some wonderful complimentary gifts (what a wonderful touch).We were only a few hours into our break cooking on the brick BBQ, relaxing on the garden chairs, sipping on a cold beverage, looking at the amazing scenery and already planning a holiday there with our families. If there was any problem Tommy was happy to help. 10/10 Highly recommended Thanks again Creevy Cottages. See you again soon.

Highly recommend Creevy Cottages for anyone looking for a break in Donegal. Views overlooking the Wild Atlantic Way and a restaurant only a short walk away. Cottages cater for everyone and have everything you could ask for. Our family have just enjoyed a week at The Rock and have already booked to come back!

I stayed for three nights in these amazing cottages and the only downside was returning home! ☺️ They were clean, comfortable! Quiet but very peaceful! Beautiful ocean views. The pier is a short walk for watching sunrise and sunset. Fire pit at the back for a home bbq, with space to sit out and enjoy the views. Ample amount of parking for more than one car. Couldn’t recommend it more. Short drive from Rossnowlagh where we surfed with James at Rossnowlagh Surf School! Overall it was a break to remember. Couldn’t recommend enough.
